Adam joined Gray & Co in 2012 and has experience in dealing with all types of criminal matters along with Road Transport regulatory matters. He has been involved in a number of high profile criminal trials dealing with serious criminal offences.

Adam is a Solicitor Advocate with who regularly appears in the Crown Court undertaking a wide variety of cases including successful defences of clients charged with offences from drugs supply to GBH. Adam continues to represent clients regularly in the Crown Court undertaking all types of jury trials.

As part of Gray & Co Adam has represented military personnel at Courts Martial.

Adam also has extensive experience in dealing with Road Traffic matters and continues to represent professional drivers nationwide.

Notable Cases

R v B – County Lines Drugs Conspiracy

Adam represented the defendant as advocate. The team at Gray & Co were able to establish gaps in the prosecution evidence especially the phone downloads that the CPS were relying on. On the day of the trial the prosecution dropped the case against our client.

R v W – County Lines Drugs Conspiracy

Our client was the only one of the alleged conspirators to run his case to trial. Adam represented Mr W as advocate, he was able to illustrate to the jury that the prosecution case was not made out and the defendant was acquitted.

Successful defence of a client charged with burglary of a hotel room at Liverpool Crown Court.
