Threatening Behaviour Contrary to section 4A Public Order Act

Our client was accused of verbally abusing her neighbour (an off duty Police Officer) making him fear for his safety.  During the Trial the Magistrates did not find the neighbours evidence credible following our cross-examination of him and our client was acquitted.
Another client  was caught up in a City Centre fight recorded on CCTV.  He was minded to plead guilty as he had previously been found guilty of similar conduct recently and had little faith in the judicial process.  It was pointed out that his actions could be seen to be self-defence and after a full trial the Magistrates were persuaded to acquit.
