Assault contrary to Section 47 OAPA 1861 Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm

Our client faced a serious assault on a public servant breaking his nose with a head-butt.  The matter was heard at the Crown Court and resulted in a prompt guilty plea and the client receiving a suspended sentence as opposed to immediate custody saving his career.
